With highly developed 3D printing machines and our qualified technical team, we can handle printing service orders for customers worldwide and execute projects with accuracy, high precision, and punctuality.
We welcome designers, design brands, manufacturers, and newbies to the jewelry industry, to contact us and benefit from our professional 3D jewelry design printing service.
In the beginning, we only need the 3D model file. If you don't have one yet, we can design your idea internally with the CAD Service Department at Jewelry Clouds and use it to create the 3D print file.
Files are then printed in resin or wax into a physical object and can later be used for the silicon rubber molding process or for the direct metal casting process. All files will be printed on EnvisionTEC devices with a high resolution of 25 to 30 microns. If any question, please send us an Email with a quote request, including details of the printing project.
Below is an overview of the materials that we are using within the print service.
The opaque peach color material is filled with nano particles, from which durable, stiff, and high-temperature resistant parts are made that are ideal for silicone molding and also perfect for high detail jewelry and fashion applications.
With a heat deflection temperature of 140 ° C directly from the machine, high-resolution parts printed in HTM140 can be vulcanized directly in rubber, so that no metal master is required.
It is designed to withstand both the heat and pressure of vulcanizing the model in rubber with incredible detail and without losing dimensional stability.
This amazing print material offers impressive print speed for the entire build envelope, enables designers to present design pieces to the customer in record time for final adjustment and review of the design.
It can also be used as a pattern when built with high resolution to make a silicone mold.
WIC100G can deliver high-quality details and print speeds as well as a standard wax burnout cycle with regular plaster investments.
During the burnout cycle, the nano wax melts away first, so that the resin can burn off without excessive expansion or pressure by degassing.
It is available exclusively for use with EnvisionTEC patented cDLM technology.
The high wax content enables Easy Cast 2.0 C to be cast using normal burnout similar to injection wax, but this formulation also allows for exceptionally crisp details.
Easy Cast 2.0 C delivers breathtaking results that have so far not been achieved with any other photo-polymer wax product for 3D printing.
