Some of our products and services follow a pre-order based system, it may take up to 3 weeks or more for you to receive your order. At this time we do not offer refunds for return. Since all orders are pre-ordered, we do not hold items "in stock", so we currently do not accept exchanges unless we made a mistake in your order. The buyer will be responsible for all expenses to ship the item(s) back to us. For all inquiries please make sure to contact us before shipping as we will not accept any unauthorized exchanges or returns. All sale items are final. WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE.

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from postal and shipment companies along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the postal and shipment companies. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office or Shipment Companies, after that, it is out of our control! In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH THOSE POST OR SHIPPING COMPANIES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL! Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package.

To viewing your orders you have to go to the “My Account” section, and log-in by enter your user name and password. Once you logged in your account, you will be able to view your orders.

If you want to update your account information just go to “My Account” and login by using your user name and password. From your "My Account" Dashboard you will have then the ability, to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information.
